Hello, I'm Tracey and I am a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Solution-Focused Mindset Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. I specialise in an advanced form of hypnotherapy and mindset coaching that helps you to get out of your 'stuck' mentality and into a positive successful frame of mind.

Hypnosis is a fast and effective tool for understanding the beliefs and habits that hold you back, as well as healing emotional wounds from the past. I use Rapid Transformational Therapy, a combination of hypnosis, cognitive behavioural therapy and psychotherapy, in conjunction with transformational coaching to help you to gain freedom from fears, addictions, anxiety and depression and any other issues you may be struggling with.

Through Rapid Transformational Therapy we can access the subconscious mind to help you change beliefs, habits and thoughts. Hypnosis can change habits to create a healthier body, relieve anxiety, guilt and fear, and enhance your confidence and self-esteem.

ANXIETY DISORDERS

Occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. You may be anxious about sitting an exam, worried about a presentation at work or before making important life decisions. During times like these feeling anxious can be perfectly normal.

Anxiety disorders are different though. For people who have one, worry and fear are constant and overwhelming and can interfere with daily activities like job performance, school/university and relationships. With treatment, anxiety disorders can be overcome and people can get back to living a fulfilling life.

HABITS AND ADDICTIONS

Habits are behaviours that develop over time. There are lots of habits that can be beneficial like exercising, healthy eating and good sleep hygiene.

 

However, sometimes bad habits set in and can be hard to break as the more they are repeated the more they become integrated in the psyche.

 

But good news!  All habits can be broken! Including: smoking/vaping, drinking, nail biting, emotional eating, procrastination, hair pulling, teeth grinding and more.

PHOBIAS AND FEARS

Phobias can take many forms and may be something fairly new for you or something tolerated for several years. Common phobias include a fear of heights, claustrophobia, insects, driving, holes, flying, snakes or agoraphobia.

As a hypnotherapist for phobias, I help you reduce that heightened feeling of anxiety around a particular object, place, event or person. Some phobias can be significantly reduced in one hypnotherapy session.

OVEREATING AND WEIGHT ISSUES

I will help you see more clearly the real issues behind the struggle with weight or overeating. You can once again be motivated and healthy in the ways you take care of yourself.

We will create sustainable, long-term mindsets that help you to increase your confidence to manage your thoughts, feelings and emotions around food, weight, body size and shape. Discover and see your triggers more clearly, release thoughts and feelings that sabotage your success.

Your situation is unique to you so let's get on a call so that I can understand what you are going through to help me customize the perfect path to help you to get the life you deserve

Attend a 60-minute session

(or sessions depending on your package) to create a vision of the life you would like to start living and your hypnotherapy / coaching session(s), where we will work with the subconscious mind to remove emotional blocks and embed in the vision of your ideal self

EMBEDDING CHANGE

Listen to your personalized recording or recording(s) - tailored just for you and focused on your current life challenges for 21 days to lock in new beliefs, habits, and emotions
