Hello, I'm Tracey (MPracHyp, MPracNLP). I'm a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist and coach dedicated to helping people overcome challenges such as trauma, grief, sleep issues, and other challenges that prevent people from reaching their full potential.
Many of us carry the weight of past experiences, unresolved grief, or lingering stress that affects our sleep, energy, and outlook on life. These burdens can feel heavy, making it hard to know where to begin or how to shift from feeling stuck to feeling free. My work is centred on helping clients gently confront these challenges, with a focus on creating relief, building resilience, and restoring a sense of calm and possibility.

Sessions are held online, offering flexibility and convenience no matter where you are. If you’re located in Wellington, NZ, I also offer the option for face-to-face sessions.
